Ileana Aiello holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and has over three decades of experience in capital markets.
She began her career at Banco Mildesa (1992), where she developed the Fixed Income division for International Clients. At age 29, she co-founded TPCG Group Ltd. (UK), the holding company of TPCG Valores S.A.U. (Argentina), TPCG Financial Services S.A. (Uruguay), and Southern Trust SGFCI S.A. (Argentina).
Throughout her career, Ileana became a recognized specialist in Latin American fixed income markets, earning international recognition in the financial industry. In 2017, she established the Debt Capital Markets Department, positioning TPCG Group as one of the most relevant and respected firms among major corporations.
Since 2018, Ileana has served as a Founding Delegate of Michael Bloomberg’s World Economic Forum, a role she continues to hold.
ADRIANA AIELLO
Co-Founder, Human Resources & Marketing Manager
Adriana Aiello holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Económicas.
With over two decades of combined experience in Human Resources and Marketing at TPCG Group, she currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Garzón Capital Ltd., where she contributes to strategic talent management and organizational development.
Adriana optimizes HR processes, leading teams and fostering a collaborative culture that drives sustainable growth across the organization.
Her goal is to align talent strategies with corporate objectives, bringing a comprehensive, strategic and innovative vision to enhance the company’s development and competitiveness.
BENJAMÍN OCAMPO
Head of Sales & Trading – Director
Benjamín Ocampo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a Master’s degree in Economics from Torcuato DiTella University.
He worked for five years at Banco Galicia, where he led debt structuring in capital markets for financial institutions and corporates, and was part of the Treasury Bonds Trading team.
Prior to joining Garzón Capital Ltd., he served as a Global Investment Advisor at CIFISA Inversiones, where he developed investment and trading strategies.

With over 20 years of experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Inés Lanusse studied Business Administration and Marketing.
She has led Investor Relations teams at Banco Macro and BBVA Argentina, and was responsible for Despegar.com’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the NYSE in 2017. In 2019, she was recruited by Consultatio Real Estate to lead its IPO process.
Her international background includes two years at the UK-based Euromoney Institutional Investor Group, where she managed business development and commercial strategy for Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

Cecilia Campomar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and brings over 35 years of experience in the financial industry.
She worked at leading institutions such as Citibank N.A., ING Bank N.V., and ABN AMRO Bank, specializing in Custody & Clearing and Corporate Agency & Trust services.
For the past 20 years, she has served as Chief Operating Officer at TPCG Valores S.A. and Centaurus Securities.
