Ileana started her finance career at early age, working at local banks. At age 29 she shifted to setup her own business: TPCG GROUP.
The company started as a fixed income specialist in Argentina in 1997, but soon became a reference for most Latin American countries and today has international recognition in the finance industry.
In 2007 Ileana co-founded Southern Trust Investment Management, a local management firm which runs insurance and pension funds. In 2017 she developed the TPCG-DCM department, making TPCG Group a high ranked and relevant place for blue chip companies.
Since 2018 Ileana was named Founding Delegate for Michael Bloombergs World Economic Forums. On April 2024 TPCG Group was sold to Real Estate mogul Eduardo Constantini. Now she founded a Multi Family Office / Investment Financial Boutique: Garzon Capital Ltd.
